I Bought a MINT GREEN House!

As you get to know me, you will find out that I have a love for houses, old and new.  Heck, it’s what I choose as a career when I was twelve!  I can honestly say that I’m a nerd when it comes to houses and I might be one of the only people who likes home renovation projects. 

One of my favorite phrases is, “I can fix this, a little paint, new this or that, we can make it like new again!” 

In 2006, I bought a MINT GREEN House with old lady bushes in front! 

OMG!  Isn’t that the ugliest color ever?

After many years of saving, landscaping projects, new doors, new gutters and trim, front window, etc. it now looks like this in 2020. 

Don’t you think it looks a lot better?   

I know I probably sound cliché, but with a little elbow grease your older home can have an updated look.  “Don’t be scared of a little mint green.”  You can do it!
