HOW THE sunflower WAS DESIGNED:
The Sunflower plan was designed for a family that is looking for a one story plan that will accommodate their care taker role for their aging parents, aunts, uncles, and/or close friend. This design is essentially two homes in one, but under one roof. The family home side is equipped with plenty of space and then some. This design has a large owner’s suite with a huge walk in closet that has space for an island, a huge spa-like bathroom with a wet room and large double sink vanity that leads into a laundry room with plenty of counter space. The kitchen area boasts a large island and a wet bar off the formal dining room. The aging family member or friend could have as much or as little independence as desired with its separate entrance for their guests, own kitchen, laundry room, great room with fireplace, formal dining room, and outdoor covered porches. There is something for everyone within this design.
