2019 Toledo St. Jude Dream Home Design

I am so excited to be the plan designer for the 2019 St. Jude Dream Home. It still seems surreal to me. Let’s think about this, I just started my own company in August and then at the end of December I’m the plan designer for the 2019 St. Jude Dream Home to be built by Buckeye Real Estate Group. It’s true about when one door closes another opens. I’m truly blessed.

So let’s talk about the plan design…

I believe that this house has the best of everything. It’s just under 2,400 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms with a full basement. It has an open floor concept, large kitchen, walk in pantry, large mudroom, wet-bar for entertaining, and two laundry areas. Plus, there is plenty of storage.

The 2019 St. Jude Dream Home will have a farmhouse look to it. Here is the official rendering of the home versus my 3D rendering of the home. The marketing team for The Dream Home did wonders on this rendering! It looks amazing!

This plan design/layout is exclusive to Buckeye Real Estate Group. So, for all you out there that love the house, you’ll have to contact Buckeye Real Estate Group to build it.

At the Official Ground Breaking…

My Husband and I were thrilled to be part of the official ground breaking. It was a bit cold that morning, but that didn't stop the festivities. The Perrysburg Junior High Band did a great job!

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital…

I cannot say enough about St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. It’s such an outstanding organization and all the proceeds go to a great cause. When you donate, your money really goes towards the families in need. Families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food. St. Jude continues to lead the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Right now treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the childhood cancer survival rate to 80%. That is incredible. If you would like to make a donation to St. Jude, you can do so by clicking the link below.

I hope you all liked this. Stay tuned for more posts in the future.
